Retro Retreat

I would book with this place again, the gated community gives that extra security to your mind set. Positive: Location was great, I felt like part of the community. Negative: I wanted to sweep the floor before I left but there was no broom. Not a big deal really just something I felt responsible for as part as my stay, leave the place as I found it kind of thing. Also maybe extra garbage bags for trash. And in no way should these two things be a bad reflection on the place.

Positive: The best way to describe it is warm and cozy. The property manager/ Owner was quick to respond to my questions. Photos are an accurate representation of the room. Negative: Nothing

My two girls and I stayed two nights because it was 30 minutes away from the Renaissance Festival. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It felt like we were staying at a friends apartment. If there’s anything negative, to truly leave an honest review, we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the stove and you have to let the hot water run for several minutes in the shower to get it hot. But hot water wasn’t a problem at the kitchen sink. The neighborhood had some really fun Christmas lights as you drove in. Kind of a 50s nostalgia.

We loved the creative fun retro decor. The area was quiet and very peaceful. We have family in the area and can't wait to book this place again!

Kitchen met my needs, I did purchase a French press as I don’t use pods. Except for a few items, it was quite clean. Those, I could handle myself. Met the bill for my stay and will consider on my next travels.
